3. Extensive Background Checks – We conduct thorough background screenings, including: National and state-level criminal background checks, Sex offender registry checks, Driving record reports (if applicable), etc.
4. Reference Verification – We personally contact previous employers and families to confirm work history, reliability, and caregiving style.

Step 1: Application Fee – $150 (Refundable)
To begin the search for your ideal nanny, we require a $150 application fee. This fee is fully refundable upon signing a contract and successfully placing a nanny.
It serves to ensure that all inquiries are serious and legitimate, allowing us to dedicate our time and resources to families truly seeking quality childcare.
Step 2: Placement Fee – 5-8% of the Nanny’s Annual Salary (One-Time Payment)
Once we successfully match you with a nanny, a one-time placement fee is charged at the end of the process.
The fee is calculated as 5-8% of the nanny’s yearly salary, with the exact percentage depending on:
-The type of nanny hired (e.g., full-time, live-in, newborn specialist, etc.).
-Any special qualifications or expertise required (e.g., bilingual,
-Montessori-trained, special needs experience).
What This Placement Fee Guarantees:
✔ 60-Day Placement Guarantee – If the nanny isn’t the right fit within the first 60 days, we will find a replacement free of charge.
✔ One-Year Security Guarantee – If your nanny chooses to leave within one year, we will conduct a new search and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Our pricing structure ensures high-quality, carefully matched placements while providing families with security and ongoing support. If you have any questions about the payment process or need clarification, we are happy to assist you!
